Welcome to So More Than Yoga the home of Holistic Health in the Thames Valley. We run Yoga classes, Corporate Yoga and Wellness sessions, Private Yoga classes, Meditation classes, Reiki Healing and Stress busting Workshops throughout Berks and Bucks, and in our studios in Henley, Marlow, Bourne End and Maidenhead. Retreats are scheduled throughout the year in beautiful surroundings to give you the chance to re-connect with yourself on a regular basis.  We offer courses or private classes within the surrounding areas, with the aim of sharing the benefits of holistic health with you.
