Sunday Morning Yoga Workshops and Retreats in Marlow

Enjoy a Sunday morning to delve deeper into your yoga practice, re-new and refresh on a yoga workshop or retreat.  Something scheduled for you each seaon to bring your body into balance, build strength, flexibility and inner peace.

Entire mornings dedicated to rejuvenation and mindfulness through Yoga and Meditation.

Herbal tea and coffee available, along with a lovely group of people included to make this a fabulous feel-good morning.  Feel free to stay, chat, relax and explore the grounds at the beautiful Danesfield House Hotel and Spa, situated between Henley and Marlow. Please bring water, sunscreen and something warm for meditation as we will be enjoying spring and summer retreats outside in the beautiful grounds (weather permitting)

When we practice opening the heart space in our yoga poses, it helps to experience heart opening in our thoughts and emotions.  As you practice visualising and opening your heart in various relationships, you are learning ahimsa, or compassion.  We will become aware of our breath in each posture, which will reward you with a feeling of deep relaxation, improved breath awareness, an open heart space and a knowledge of ahimsa.

We will finish with deeply relaxing yoga nidra/guided meditation before you skip off back to the real world.

The great outdoors is calling and it’s time to enjoy the world as it comes to life.  After feeling cosy throughout the winter, the birds are now singing, the bees are buzzing and this season invites you to start a natural detox and re-energise for the warmer months ahead.  Please bring water, sun protection and something warm for meditation as if the weather is good we will be soaking up the earths natural healing in the beautiful grounds.

In the winter the weather naturally starts to become colder and life starts to move more slowly.  It is easy to become sluggish and congested.  At this months retreat we will focus on poses that improve the circulation, opens the chest to increase happiness and boosts your immune system.  A perfect morning to refresh and renew in preparation for the Xmas holidays.
