My Reiki journey began over 15 years ago when I first discovered the emotional healing benefits, whilst going through a particularly stressful period of my life. Learning to live with grief and balancing a young family and work obligations took its toll. After my first session of Reiki, I noticed a difference – I felt calmer, had more clarity, and life felt easier to cope with. Since then, I went on to learn more and took my Reiki Level 1 certification for self-healing. Then, I qualified as a Reiki Practitioner, and a few years later, I completed my Reiki Master certification. I am now proud to share my knowledge and help others with their own self-healing journeys by offering fully certified Reiki training.
Aromatherapy has always been a passion of mine, and I blend bespoke hand-made oils that support each chakra. These oils are used in all my practices to enhance the body’s natural healing process.
