Private Yoga classes by arrangement for 30 mins or one hour. All Yoga classes are suitable for beginners/all abilities.

A 75 minute class suitable for beginners and intermediates to reduce stress, build stamina, strength and flexibility.

A 60 minute energising class in the park. suitable for those new to Yoga and those that would like to deepen their practise and enjoy the feeling of practising in nature.

If you have always wanted to reap the benefits of a full yoga retreat but just don’t have the time … these mornings are for you. You will enjoy yoga postures, pranayama (yogic breathing) to calm your central nervous system and completely relax with mindfulness meditation. You are able to enjoy either a yoga retreat or yoga workshop, the choice is yours

An intense Yoga and Meditation morning designed to deepen your Yoga practise and understanding of the postures. A chance to re-connect with yourself and increase your total health and mental well-being through asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (yogic breathing) and Meditation. A fun and inspirational morning!

IS YOGA FOR ME?
Our yoga classes in Henley and Marlow are aimed at beginners, improvers, men and women. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga, the tighter the muscles, the more you will benefit from a class. We use props, foam blocks, belts and blankets to help achieve postures which enables you to work within your own limitations.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
We practice in bare feet, leggings or shorts and t-shirt. Please bring something warmer to put on during relaxation to keep the body warm.
WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH COMPLICATIONS?
Please tell your teacher before the beginning of the class.
WHAT IF I CAN’T EMPTY MY MIND FOR MEDITATION?
Don’t worry … we will guide you through focused relaxation techniques that will calm the mind and bring you into the present moment
